who is sear?
sear was founded by joe aldous, a content expert with over a decade of experience in the hospitality industy.
I worked my way from running drinks and mopping on a 3 am close to managing floors, before making the leap to content and copywriting, bringing my hands-on experience with me. after writing for a number of high-profile food brands for over five years, i launched sear to marry my content experience with my passion for food. I know that nothing sells like good storytelling, and i want to help you tell people who you are.
